KICKS continues to strengthen the team at their central warehouse with the help of Marketpeople's tech-driven recruitment solution
KICKS is the Nordic region’s leading beauty chain with 230 stores and e-commerce in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. With 300 brands, 25,000 products, and 3.5 million members in the KICKS customer club, the hub of KICKS logistics is the new automated central warehouse in Rosersberg, just north of Stockholm. The new warehouse was fully operational in late autumn 2023.
Site Manager Magnus Persson, as one of Marketpeople’s very first customers, has utilized Marketpeople’s AI and smart tech for recruitment by first recruiting the management for the new operation, followed by several specialist roles, and subsequently also warehouse staff.
