Malin Sager Search Consultant

Malin is a highly experienced recruitment consultant with over 15 years of solid experience in recruitment across various industries, with expertise in placing both C-level executives and specialists. Since 2018, Malin has had a clear niche within Economics/Finance/Investment functions.

Malin holds a university degree in psychology with a focus on occupational psychology from Stockholm University and is certified in Aon’s personality and aptitude tests. She has extensive experience in both recommending and providing feedback on test results—an essential piece of the puzzle when all parts need to fall into place in an advanced search process.

How Search work

Requirement profile meeting

Role description, key competencies, experience, background, and personality needed for success in the role. What does the company look like today? Culture, challenges, and future outlook—all to ensure a well-founded basis before the search process begins.

Advertising

Advertising in relevant channels, provided that you wish to make the recruitment public; otherwise, only search, where candidates are approached with the utmost discretion.

Longlist

We review a pool of candidates based on the requirement profile before proceeding with the search process.

Shortlist

Presentation of approximately 4-6 candidates who, after a phone interview followed by an in-person interview, have been shortlisted as strong final candidates based on the requirement profile.

Interviews with the client

You interview the candidates on-site at your location.

Assessment

Personality and aptitude tests tailored to the role being recruited for, administered to 2-3 candidates who have progressed after the interviews at your location as the client. AON is the test provider.

References

At least two references are checked by phone.

Background check

Criminal record check.

Signing with the candidate

We act as a sounding board for both you as the client and the candidate regarding any questions related to the employment contract.

Follow-up

All recruitments are followed up after 4-6 months with both the client and the candidate.
