Meet our colleague Hubert. Hubert is extremely smart and he’s listening with patience to all you have to say. Oh yeah, sorry, he’s deaf. But anyhow, he’s great at listening to each and every one as he’s a highly advanced A.I. robot. What’s great about Hubert is that he is totally non-biased, has absolutely no idea what discrimination is, and has no own real thoughts. What he is great at though is letting you tell your story and in a constructive way give our recruiters the essence of what you’d like to tell us. Please spend some time with “him”. He’ll invite you to a chat.

After Hubert we’ll do a background check on you. Don’t worry, it’s not as drastic as it sounds. We just want to make sure you are who you say you are.

Once this is cool, we might ask you do to some simple tests. For instance, if you’re applying or a job as a truck driver we want to make sure you can drive a truck. Makes sense, doesn’t it?

After that you’ll be invited to a telephone or video chat with one of our sourcing specialists. Basically they just want to make sure all is good and confirm that you’re in on the details of the job at hand.

If that’s cool, you’ll get invited to a group or personal interview. You know, the same old traditional way as always when getting a new job.

After that we’ll want some references of people you’ve worked with. We’ll ask you to sort that out in our super-smooth system and your ex-boss will let us know that you were in fact the best employee ever. You know the drill.

Once done and dusted, it’s time to get ready for your new job. Some of our employers may want to shake hands with you to make sure you like each other, but we’re sure that’s cool too. Game on!
